Develop multifunctional, autonomous teams: work analysis and evaluation of results, development of specialists, hiring, coaching teams, development and implementation of useful team activities;
Optimize and develop production and communication processes in development, search and eliminate problem areas, develop process documentation;
Coordination of the entire direction on key tasks (working with Head of Product, technical leads, art leads), task driving;
Development of internal training, mentoring, onboarding;
Training of project managers and supervisors: project management; team management, people management and leadership.

Experience in game development in the positions of Development Director / PM (large project) / Executive Producer / COO;
Experience in managing and operating multiple projects or teams simultaneously;
Ability to plan, prioritize, delegate;
Strong communication skills, the ability to quickly perceive and convey information to employees of any level;
Experience in systematic development of specialists;
Desire to deeply understand problems and challenges.

Knowledge of the mobile casual games market;
Experience in building communication systems and tools in a company/project;
Experience in building or profoundly changing the organizational structure of a company;
Experience interacting with game development specialists of all areas and levels.
